• Visa required to attend the conference: Tourist Visa (scientists, professors or researchers attending cultural, technological or scientific conferences, seminars).
• It takes about 10 days to get the visa. Please, try to get your visa as soon as possible (30 days before your trip) to avoid undesired and unexpected delay problems.
• Attach your invitation letter and a printed copy our the ECC9 home page to the documents that are required to submit to the Brazilian Consulate to get your visa.
