Please inform yourself at the Brazilian Consulate/ embassy of your country about details, delay etc. of VISA.
If you need a visa, please contact your nearby Brazilian Consulate to ask for a visa, with a delay of 45 days minimum. The organizers will send invitation letters in Portuguese and in English to each participant that can be used for VISA support if necessary. In case of need the organizers will contact the consulates to facilitate the visa.
Health requirements:
The recommendation of the Federal Ministry of Health is that you should inform yourself at the Brazilian Consulate/embassy of your country about need for vaccinations to enter Brazil and for entry to all subsequent countries on your itinerary.
You are strongly advised to obtain advice from your own medical advisor and your own country’s officials about any other vaccinations or medical treatments, which are required or advised.
