Ap\u00f3s o recebimento do formul\u00e1rio entraremos em contato via e-mail para confirmar o agendamento. As amostras utilizadas no FEG devem ser compat\u00edveis com alto v\u00e1cuo e possu\u00edrem estabilidade qu\u00edmica e mec\u00e2nica frente ao feixe de el\u00e9trons. Amostras em forma de p\u00f3s (nanopart\u00edculas, comp\u00f3sitos, etc) requerem uma quantidade m\u00ednima de 20 mg. Para amostras suportadas requer um tamanho m\u00ednimo de 3 mm x 3 mm e m\u00e1ximo 8mm x 8mm. Amostras que desgastam (por exemplo, materiais polim\u00e9ricos, biol\u00f3gicos e org\u00e2nicos) devem preferencialmente utilizar MEV convencional em outros laborat\u00f3rios. Para casos excepcionais, as amostras precisar\u00e3o passar por um rigoroso controle para n\u00e3o danificar o equipamento. Para esse tipo de amostras, dever\u00e3o ser armazenadas em uma c\u00e2mara de v\u00e1cuo por um per\u00edodo m\u00ednimo de 24 horas no LMEA e seguida de metaliza\u00e7\u00e3o. As amostras dever\u00e3o ser entregues 24 horas antes do dia do agendamento da an\u00e1lise. Esses procedimentos ser\u00e3o realizados no LMEA. D\u00favidas entrar em contato pelo email lmea@ifsc.usp.br.<br \/>\nA toler\u00e2ncia m\u00e1xima por per\u00edodo para atrasos ser\u00e1 de 30 minutos e consequentemente cancelamento do per\u00edodo. Em casos de atrasos superiores a este tempo a se\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 cancelada e os custos ser\u00e3o mantidos.
