Neste formul\u00e1rio dever\u00e3o ser fornecidas as caracter\u00edsticas das amostras (peso molecular, concentra\u00e7\u00e3o, pureza, estado de oligomeriza\u00e7\u00e3o, tamp\u00e3o, Gel de SDS da purifica\u00e7\u00e3o, concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de sal e outros aditivos etc.) dentro de um plano de trabalho conciso contendo os principais objetivos do projeto. Um equipamento de <em>Dynamic Light Scatering<\/em> (DLS) est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para uma caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o da amostra. Sugerimos fortemente uma consulta previa para que seja fornecido um aux\u00edlio para a sugest\u00e3o de tamp\u00f5es adequados para a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o da amostra.
