Seu princ\u00edpio est\u00e1 na incid\u00eancia de uma fonte de laser que intercepta cada part\u00edcula. A dispers\u00e3o do laser fornece dados relativos ao tamanho e \u00e0 granularidade da part\u00edcula. Mol\u00e9culas ou estruturas de interesse podem ser estudadas por marca\u00e7\u00e3o com fluorocromos ou anticorpos monoclonais acoplados a fluorocromos.<\/p>\n<p>Cit\u00f4metro de fluxo equipado com 2 lasers (Azul 488nm &#8211; Vermelho 640nm), capacidade para an\u00e1lises simult\u00e2neas de 4 cores e 6 par\u00e2metros (incluindo FSC e SSC), manuten\u00e7\u00f5es preventivas executadas pelo pr\u00f3prio usu\u00e1rio, an\u00e1lise volum\u00e9trica da amostra adquirida, dispensando o uso de beads para o c\u00e1lculo da concentra\u00e7\u00e3o celular na amostra, ajuste de voltagem e ganho fixo nos detectores, sem necessidade de ajuste pelo operador; e a possibilidade de habilitar e ajustar os limiares de sinal (Threshold) produzidos por par\u00e2metros individuais ou combinados, possibilidade de automatizar a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o sequencial de amostras em tubos e placas, portabilidade, permitindo o transporte at\u00e9 o local de coleta da amostra.[\/vc_message][vc_message icon_fontawesome=&#8221;fa fa-user-o&#8221;]<strong>Plano de Gest\u00e3o de Uso<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/u>: Grupo de Cristalografia (GC) &#8211;
