An exciting social program is being planned for the delegates included already in the price of the registration fee (also for the accompanying person fee).

• Sunday night: welcome reception starting 18:30.
• Wednesday afternoon: a variety of outdoor experiences will be available. During the online registration, please choose ONE among the 5 alternatives described HERE since we must comply with a fixed number of participants per activity.
• Wednesday night: The conference dinner will start at 19:45.
• Thursday night: Brazilian Barbecue – “Churrasco”.

Deadline for bookings of the Excursions will be February 28, 2013.
