Registration Fee information

All participants (including invited speakers) are required to register (in due time) for PASPS V. Our website will open for registration on April 30. The early registration deadline is May 31. Late registration fees will apply between June 1 and June 30. No on-site registration will be available.

Registration fees*:

• R$ 1000 (early registration open, April 30 – May 31 – June 10 (expired))
• R$ 1300 (late registration, June 11 – June 30)

*Note that the above fees correspond to about 580 – 760 USD (early March exchange rate).

The registration fee will include the following: audio-visual equipment, poster boards, abstract book, meeting space, welcoming reception (Sunday, Aug. 3), morning and afternoon breaks.

Important: the registration fee also includes lunch on Monday (Aug 4), Tuesday (Aug 5) and Wednesday (Aug 6), dinner on Monday (Aug 4) and the conference banquet on Tuesday evening.

Companions' fee: R$ 100 (banquet), R$ 50 (welcoming reception) and R$ 300 for meals (lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and dinner on Monday).
