Abstract

Electronic fine-tuning of Ru( ii ) complexes drives redox behavior and anticancer activity, with RuNH2 emerging as a highly selective, submicromolar candidate that outperforms cisplatin and stands out as a promising agent for ovarian cancer therapy.
