Single-author papers are increasingly rare in physics, except in the case of review papers. Most of the research papers and proposals that you will write over the course of your career will be done in collaboration with other scientists. Today we’ll look at some of the benefits of collaborative writing, as well as the challenges involved in writing by committee.
